Market Timing Update (4/1/10 Close)
SPX- Perhaps the array of threes over nearly the past two weeks offers clarity in terms of the wave structure in the following sense.
There was never a triangle. Instead, a quiet ending diagonal is developing to complete C of (Z) [or A of (Z)], as depicted in the following charts. Chart 1 highlights the two wave counts since the 2/5/10 low - one for A of (Z), and a double-three for the entire (Z). Chart 2 offers a squiggle count over the last two weeks.

If there WAS a triangle, the post triangle thrust has to be extending, as we do not have a complete five. Chart 3 offers the corresponding squiggle count.
