I honestly dont know how some of these hedge funds like his can operate the way they do. Obviously some make a buck but some like Ray have problems. I suppose they are locked into the trading plans set out in their prospectuses or SEC rules restrict their operations ?
Its not the way I would be doing things. Some of these guys dont appear to understand how the mkt time price moves unfold - but it is difficult at times because you get extended waves unfolding and inversions that throw you out. Index trading would be difficult given the current makeup of them.
Note that the FAANG stks are coming off what looks like their B wave rallies.
I mentioned MSFT a week or so again on this.
It would be dangerous at this point to be holding any of those stks - FB MSFT GOOGL APPL and especially AMZN given the price level its trading at. Their P/E ratios are way too high for current conditions.
